When you choose Verbarq for your home project, we look beyond the usual design brief to what your most precious and memorable experiences are, be it a special holiday memory or the joy of your daughter’s birth. The team then weave those special memories into the design of the project. We draw from those conversations to guide us in the design process to infuse your individuality and uniqueness in your home.

We prepare extremely realistic 3D renders of the proposed design so you can see exactly what your home or office will look like before even laying a single brick.

DESIGN

After a few initial meetings, we propose a layout plan and a design concept, often communicated through reference images and sketches.
Once the client is comfortable with the direction, we flesh out the concept with 3D drawings and more sketches.
After initial approval of the design, we refine the proposal with more 3D drawings and renders for final approval of the design schemes.
Finally, construction drawings are made for the contractors to build the project.
We visit the site at regular intervals to oversee the construction and to ensure that it comes up as per drawings.
