ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Our areas of expertise include architectural design for Commercial, Institutional and Residential buildings and Site Development design for layouts and large scale villa/row housing projects.

The Design-Manufacture-Build format that we have developed is unique and has delivered over a hundred successful projects across the Residential and Hospitality verticals. Our expertise in the premium interiors segment is unmatched in our ability to deliver client delight.
We also operate in the Institutional and Commercial interiors segment as consulting designers.
FURNITURE
DESIGN
We accept commissions for all scales of furniture design projects. Our manufacturing facility enables us to make prototypes and run production batches of up to 100 units in-house.
SOURCING OF UNIQUE MATERIALS, ARTEFACTS & ART
Over the past 3 decades of professional practice, we have developed hundreds of sources for unique materials and artefacts. These items are most often sourced from the point of origin, directly from manufacturers, crafts persons and artists, thereby offering the best value for money to our clients.

(REPRESENTATION FOR OVERSEAS FIRMS)
With our in-depth knowledge of local practices in the construction industry combined with good exposure to latest trends in design and construction worldwide, we are best positioned to partner with overseas firms for their projects in the Indian sub-continent. Our geography with its unique work ethic can be intimidating to many western and eastern firms who are accustomed to a different work ethos.
